We are working hard to provide the best service possible to the public during this current health emergency. Nearly all our staff are teleworking, and we continue to assess our capabilities to provide service and support to your needs.
Customers should be prepared for limitations on some services as well as a slowdown in timelines. We ask for your patience as we continue to refine our procedures.
The true impact of the COVID-19 pandemic levels is unknown, so we are determining our work capacity one week at a time.
Effective immediately, March 24th and until further notice:
1. No outside personnel will be allowed in the office for any reason.
2. All orders and questions must be called in to your Sales representatives at 210-366-0490 or emailed to patty@ams-gr.com & nderas@ams-gr.com
3. All your service or installation request must be emailed to lcastro@ams-gr.com.
4. All payments can be left in the mail box or you can contact rosamalia@ams-gr.com
According to the City of San Antonio and Bexar County announced Stay Home, Work Safe Orders
Per section 4 (Infrastructure & Construction) we will remain open with the announced and needed safety measures until otherwise informed.
